I’m Sian Skelton, a lawyer advising on intellectual property (“IP”) at Taylor Wessing. Taylor Wessing is an international law firm with specialist tech knowledge and thankfully for the budding entrepreneurs in and around Tech City, it has a team of lawyers helping start-ups. I can help with questions ranging from copyright, trademarks and software issues to making sure you own the IP right you are busy creating.
