You've thought about the product, the brand, the design, the website, the 'mission statement' (or whatever); but have you thought about copy? Copy is often the last thing on a developer's or entrepreneur's mind, because they have so much else to think on. But, in business, an image doesn't say 1000 words. You need 1000 words to do that (well, a good copywriter can do it with 100!). A dinner for people to talk about the importance of copy, how it places in an ever-changing industry, and where copywriters rank beside startup mainstays like engineers and graphic designers.
