Mike Mompi is Director of Early Stage Investment at ClearlySo, the UK’s leading Corporate Finance Advisory firm working with businesses that have a positive impact on society and the environment. Within this, Mike manages ClearlySo’s network of HNW Investors and families, which includes the Clearly Social Angels, the UK’s largest and most active network of individuals and families investing with an impact. Mike led on the UK Business Angel Association Social Impact Investment Deal of the Year in 2013 and again in 2014, and he consults closely with Cabinet Office and Treasury on the implementation of the recently announced Social Investment Tax Relief. Mike currently sits on the EBAN’s Impact Investment Committee (‘EIIC’) and has a background in banking, entrepreneurship, and social innovation.
