In addition to being the CEO of Netguru, where he is currently focused on the growth of the business, Wiktor is also very involved with building the European startup community with very strong connections in Poland and Ireland. He is one of the organisers of Hive61 as well as Dublin and Poznan Startup Weekends.
Netguru, founded in 2009, is a fully remote, global company with headquarters in Poznan. With 7 offices in Poland, it also has offices in Tel Aviv, Budapest, Kuwait and London.
