Kickstarter campaign for Enter RALPH – a 360 degree VR play
Many of you would have had the pleasure by now of coming to a dinner hosted by the wonderful Deli. Aside from being a Hostess Extraordinaire for us at TableCrowd, Deli is also an actress and has recently co-written and produced ‘Enter RALPH’, a play filmed in 360 degrees and viewed in Virtual Reality.
At TableCrowd HQ, we’re all about helping our community and sharing any news that you have, so when Deli told us about her project we jumped at the chance to shout about it from the rooftops (not least because we love all things tech-related!). Enter RALPH is the first of its kind, as an immersive fictional piece that follows the protagonist, Ralph, from inside his own head. It is an exploration of identity in the digital age.
Think ‘Being John Malkovich’ meets ‘Peep Show’.
Deli is really excited about the project and they are currently launching a Kickstarter campaign to raise £3000. They have 15 days left to get their funding so please do check out their campaign here.
There’s also an article covering the project in VRFocus: Enter RALPH
If you’ve got time, you should definitely check out their teaser too:
If you have any news you’d like us to share, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to #spreadtheword.
