Eze Vidra is co-founder and Managing Partner at Remagine Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage investments at the intersections of entertainment, sports, commerce and data. Previously, he was a General Partner at Google Ventures (GV), Alphabet’s venture capital arm, the European head of Google for Entrepreneurs and the founding head of Campus London. Remagine Ventures has now completed $35m in funding from a number of entertainment and media corporations, including Axel Springer and ProSiebenSat.1, Japanese Adways and American Liontree LLC. Last year global media group Sky put $4 million into the fund as part of the launch of its new innovation office in Berlin.

Remagine Ventures is a relatively new European VC fund that focuses on investments in entertainment tech, including AI, gaming, sports and eSports, AR/VR, consumer and commerce.
To date, Remagine Ventures has invested in six entertainment startups, including: Minute Media, a user-generated content platform for sports; Syte.ai, a visual search startup; Novos, a gamer training platform; HourOne, which operates in the world of synthetic media; Vault-ai.com, predictive analytics for film and television; and Madskil, an eSports company in stealth.

While at Google, Eze helped launch Google Shopping, Local Shopping, and Google Wallet in various European markets. Before joining Google, Eze held product management leadership roles at Shopping.com, Gerson Lehrman Group, Ask.com and AOL Europe.

While at Google, Eze spearheaded strategic commerce partnerships in EMEA, and helped launch Google Shopping, Local Shopping, and Google Wallet in various European markets.
Before joining Google, Eze held product management leadership roles at Shopping.com in Israel, Gerson Lehrman Group in New York, Ask.com in Silicon Valley, and AOL Europe in London, where he was the principal product manager for search in EMEA. In 2003, Eze co-founded a startup in Israel, developing text-input technology for mobile phones. He is the author of two patents on web search and online advertising.
In 2012, Eze founded Techbikers, a non-profit bringing together the startup ecosystem around long-distance cycling challenges to support children’s education in the developing world, supporting Room to Read, a leading non-profit focused on girls’ education and children’s literacy in Asia and Africa.
Eze is a non-executive director at Chargifi, a wireless charging startup and at UK-Israel Business, a bilateral trade organisation supporting economic activity between the two countries, and Vault AI.
